~/.emrg/evolution/emrg), never the host's project files; every change is a reviewed, tested PR.4. Quick Start "Bring your own key" (EN/CN): EMRG uses the host's LLM API key and quota/billing; the software itself is free and MIT-licensed.
Constraints honored: MANIFESTO.md zero diff; README.md / README.cn.md zh-en semantics aligned; no test changes (pytest 694 passed, doc-count guard 3/3).
